Supreme Court won’t revive North Carolina abortion law

shutterstock_216196921This week the US Supreme Court declined to hear an appeal to the US 4th Circuit Court of Appeals finding
that a North Carolina law seeking to compel physicians and medical technicians to show and describe in
detail a mandatory fetal US to patients seeking abortion.
The 4th Circuit Court determined that the statue “undermines the trust that is necessary for facilitating
healthy doctor-patient relationships…” and had been passed over the veto of North Carolina’s Governor.
