Accidents can happen
The abortion debate has polarized the different sides, and contributes to women feeling guilty. It is, in fact, a common experience and many women have had an abortion at some time in their lives. At least half of American women will have an unintended pregnancy by age 45, and about a third will have an abortion. People are having sex, enjoying sex, and accidents do happen to women of any age and of any educational level. Fortunately, we live in a time when abortion can be discussed openly and honestly as an alternative to an unwanted pregnancy.
Which Method
First Trimester Abortion
An early abortion is considered to be low-risk in the first trimester of pregnancy, within 10 weeks of your first day, of your last menstrual period.
